Physical Wellness

CDW encourages physical wellness at work by:

  • Creating awareness and providing educational resources about health issues to help coworkers and their families improve their health.
  • Sponsoring a variety of physical competitions, local sports leagues and programs such as Weight Watchers.
  • Promoting healthy food choices - healthy food options are available in the cafés and snack machines.
  • Fitness Centers. Fitness Center options vary by location. Look for your location to learn more.

  • Health Assessment. Knowing more about your personal health is critical to making healthy changes – both for you and your family. The Well OnTarget Health Assessment helps identify health risks you or your family may face. After completing the short, online questionnaire, you’ll receive a confidential report complete with your health status and recommendations on dealing with any potential issues. All CDW coworkers can take the HA. Spouses/domestic partners and dependents 18 years or older can also take the HA. To access the HA, log into the Well onTarget Portal with your Blue Access for Members (BAM) user ID and password. Dependents will need to create their own BAM user ID and password. The Health Assessment can be taken once every 6 months.

  • Weight Management. Your weight goals are important to CDW. We offer a number of programs to help you manage and lose weight.
